Premium Registration includes:
Standard + City tour & PhD night forum (only for students), July 2nd + Art exhibition & Congress dinner, July 3rd

Students (undergraduate, MSc and PhD students):
Registration includes: presentation of one communication, access to the Congress sessions, Lunches and Meals, Congress documentation. + 4th PhD-Meeting, PhD’s night event
Important: payment in the current academic year will serve as proof of student status.

Both SEBP and SPBP will offer scholarships to student members upon request.

The SEBP offers 20 grants for PhD students to cover the early registration fee to the Iberian Plant Biology 2025 Congress in Murcia.
The applicants should be members of the SEBP and submit a first author communication or poster. The deadline to present applications is March, 15th, 2025.

SPBP funds 8 scholarships to cover early registration of PhD students at the Iberian Plant Biology 2025 Congress in Murcia. Candidate requirements as well as the application procedure can be found here.

CANCELLATION RULES

After May 31st, 2025, no change or cancellation will be accepted for previously confirmed registrations. Any cancellation made before this date will incur a charge of 50%.

Afterwards, the payment can NOT be refunded due to cancellation. All cancellation requests must be sent to the Technical Secretariat by email. All refunds will be paid after the congress.
