The Scientific Committee will determine the quality and relevance of the communications and, taking into account the number of presentations received in each session, will decide on the mode of presentation: oral, poster or Flash talk. In addition, it will consider the most appropriate session for presentation.

The final decision will be communicated by e-mail to the submitting author from June 2nd, 2025.

Once the abstract has been evaluated, please remember that at least one of the authors of the abstract must be registered in the congress.

ON-SITE PRESENTATION OF COMMUNICATIONS

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND FLASH TALKS

• The proposed template (Powerpoint) will be used.
• Slide language: English.
• Presentation language: English (preferable)
• The presentation should be provided on a pendrive upon arrival at the Congress in the Technical Secretariat area. Laptops will not be accepted for oral presentations.
• ORAL COMMUNICATIONS will have 15 minutes: 12 min presentation and 3 min for questions/discussion.
• FLASH TALKS will have 5 minutes to present the communication.

POSTERS

• The proposed template (Powerpoint (120 cm high x 80 cm wide)) will be used.

Recommendations: Font type: Arial or Verdana. Text font size between 30 and 50 (minimum 24). Slide background: light colors. Ensure that the inserted graphics/images are of good quality.

• The poster must be printed and hung on the panels by the author first thing on the first day of the congress. The panel number where each poster should be hung will be indicated. Hanging material will be provided.
• The poster must be removed at the end of the congress. If it is not removed, it will be understood that there is no interest in keeping it and it will be collected by the organization.
